Q: How do I calculate my prices?
A: I calculate my prices based on my time and materials used. ie.. how many hours it took me to finish the project, how much yarn I used, the quality/price of the yarn I used, extra supplies for stuffed animals like safety eyes, stuffing, keychains etc, the complexity of the project and shipping supply costs. 

Q: When do I ship?
A: I ship Monday through Friday through USPS 

Q: How much is shipping?
A: I now have a flat rate shipping fee of $7.00 for all orders. 

*Except for custom, bulky items like blankets where shipping may be higher.*

Q: Do I take special requests or custom orders?
A: Depends on the project requested. Reach out to me on the "Contact" section if you have a special request. 

Q: How do I wash my crocheted items?
A: It is recommended to wash all crocheted items in cold water on gentle/delicate cycle with a mild detergent. No fabric softener. Tumble dry low heat or dry flat/Air dry.
